“We bought a home in Fayetteville, NC working with James at All American Realty Group. We found James through his YouTube channel and drove in to look at homes. We went under contract on one but it didn't work out, so we drove back home. James recorded a video walkthrough of another home and we purchased it completely sight unseen. If you are buying a home in Fayetteville or relocating to the area, definitely check out his YouTube channel and give him a call. We would recommend him to anyone.”

“We bought our first home in Spring Lake, NC working with James. The entire transaction was smooth from start to finish. As first time buyers, we were able to receive closing cost assistance which made a huge difference for us. James was a great agent who looked out for our best interest every step of the way. “We bought a home in Lillington, NC completely sight unseen working with James and Stephanie at All American Realty Group. We were referred to them by friends and they took great care of us from day one. We ran into some issues with our lender along the way but that was no fault of James or Stephanie; they stayed on top of everything and kept the process moving. We received closing cost assistance and all repairs were handled in a timely manner. We would recommend James and Stephanie to anyone buying a home in Lillington, Harnett County, or the greater Fayetteville, NC area.”
